~ Refinishing Process ~

   This vintage chest of drawers has been sanded down to a smooth finish & stained. The dresser’s solid wood base has been painted in distressed moss green hues with rusted iron undertones.

   The dresser has honeycomb & tiny bees burnt into it’s stained wood tabletop, side panels & drawer faces. The honeycomb & tiny bees have been accentuated with iridescent golden hues. These iridescent accents give the honeycomb & bees a glowing effect when the sunlight hits them.

   All wood burned accents on this piece were done freehand in order to allow for the design to better compliment the piece’s natural structure.

   The dresser’s drawer pulls are solid cast iron with ornate floral detailing.

   Made entirely of solid wood, this vintage dresser has been sealed with a clear coat finish, from top to bottom, for added durability.
